If you want to be viewed as a professional and just pay the professional fees for the CME Exchange(s), then you need to fill out the Market Data Agreements again, and you need to leave the fields for "Clearing Firm", "Trading Account Number", and "Name of Salesperson" blank (as you have already done). But then you also need to not declare yourself as a Non-Professional on the CME Non-Professional Certification. You would press the No button to do this on that page.
