Hello I am trying to pull options charts for individual equities from Interactive Brokers. I can pull other charts of theirs quite ok, but have yet been able to pull any options charts for individual equities. I have contacted them about this as well but have not heard back yet. I am using the contract convention as stated in your materials. For example, I am trying to pull up the 265 Call for Facebook expiring Aug 21 '20. Based on the information from Sierra Charts, I think the contract structure to pull up this chart would be: FB-OPT-20200821-265-C-NYSE-100-USD When I try this I get a "Symbol is Unknown" error...
