Hi, I had already sent in the request form but Dorman is messing around with me needing two accounts for billing purposes in regards to me using both the Denali and Rithmic data feeds. In the instructions I see I'll be contacted by both Dorman and yourselves and am hoping this will be completed by tomorrow. I've already missed two trading days and tomorrow will be another. This is not your fault I realize but this whole thing is taking way too long. They've already switched me to Denali according to my broker so I don't know if I can use the "Rithmic Trading" for the Data/Trade Service setting. I just tried it and the message "Data or Trading service has been changed. Do you want to translate the symbols in the open Chartbooks to match the selected service?" Are you sure I can use this and not somehow have too many connections for the CME and then I'm considered a professional instead of a non-professional or something else unintended? Anyway, thanks for your response. |
