I use Rithmic, and Wednesday afternoon I upgraded from v948 to v965. When I turned the computer on this morning (and yesterday morning as well) the bid ask data for the number bars was not present from yesterday's close up to the time I turned the computer on. The number bars don't have numbers or shading and the BidVolume vs AskVolume indicator is flatlined. Once the computer is turned on, from that point forward, everything works just as it should. Also, I use a 20 min chart for my daily volume profile chart, this chart is set to display only 1 day. This worked fine until Wednesday afternoon, now when I turn the computer on in the morning, a second day of volume profile is present. I discovered that if I change the periodicity, say to 5 min, then change it back to 20 min, it will then display just the 1 day. What can I do to get this back to just displaying the 1 day when the computer is turned on in the morning? |
