This is not making sense. It is not clear why you are having this problem. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. Please be sure to do this. After the update is completed, then perform a Full Reset of the symbol settings as explained here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings And reapply the symbol settings to the chart after.
