I am in the process of switching from Rithmic to SC Order Routing/Data Feed. My free month on the data feed expired 7/31. WHY AM I UNABLE TO CONNECT TO RITHMIC WITH SIERRA CHART though? The account control panel says my time has expired and I'm in free mode. I PAY FOR LEVEL 5 THROUGH AMP FUTURES, they pay for the level 5 at the discounted price of $25 per month directly from my account. So why are the level 5 features disabled? (My Market Profile chart is BLANK.) You need to get my software ENABLED ASAP.The data feed should be switched over this morning, but there was NO EXCUSE for disabling my software. I am unable to examine the Market Profile for the trading day ahead at this point. Why don't you people hire someone to answer the phone so we can get a timely level of support? |
