Do you have Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds enabled? If not, then enable it and reconnect to the data feed with the commands on the File menu. If you do, then perform a Full Reset of the symbol settings as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps There was a recent version or two that had a problem with the processing of the Symbol Settings that might have affected them and this is why we recommend a Full Reset.
