Unfortunately the situation is unchanged. When I updated the Symbol settings apparently nothing happened in that popup window. Just a couple of seconds with the button "Update from server" disabled. And a strange thing: the button with OK is located at the bottom of the popup window but so down that I cannot read it. I can barely see the upper edge of the button, however this was enough to click it. And there is no scroll bar at the right edge of the popup window and neither can I scroll down using the mouse or the touchpad to improve the situation... Here below the log of what happened just now when I followed your instructions. The EURUSD chart, as well the daily chart for DAX reloaded successfully.
