Hello, I am having a connection error. SC Futures Order Routing/Data | Connecting to the server futurestrading1.sierracharts.com. Port 11098 | 2020-07-13 14:13:01.255 DTC Client socket (3) | Creating socket. Using TLS 1.2. | 2020-07-13 14:13:01.256 DTC Client socket (3) | Connecting to IP: 216.1.90.129. | 2020-07-13 14:13:01.256 DTC Client socket (3) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10013: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions. | 2020-07-13 14:13:01.256 * DTC Client socket (3) | CloseSocket call. | 2020-07-13 14:13:01.256 DTC Client socket (3) | Closed. | 2020-07-13 14:13:01.256 Error connecting to Data or Trading service. Select 'File >> Disconnect' to prevent further connection attempts. | 2020-07-13 14:13:01.271 I have read that this is often a firewall issue, although I have not changed and settings here and I double checked just in case anyway and there was not error there. Do you have any other suggestions? |
