At this point you are just being plain abusive with us. And we make no apologies. This was an FXCM data issue and that is overwhelmingly obvious. If you are not happy with the FXCM data, then do not use it! Ok we have looked at this more closely and we can see that this was solely an FXCM data issue to the extent it could even be considered an issue. You really have to ask FXCM about this issue. You didn't notice you had an issue for over an hour. This was never our issue, and there was never anything we could have done to correct it, assuming there was even an issue to begin with. FXCM has certain sources of data and they were transmitting those. Who's to say they were wrong. Yes they may be different because there is no centralized exchange for Forex. We did reset the connections because we saw some variance between the two connections we have to FXCM but looking further back at it, that was just a tiny tiny insignificant part of the issue and was overwhelmingly irrelevant to the issue assuming there even was an issue.
