Can I trust you to provide accurate data on which to make trading decisions?
What do you think? It is a mistake to have absolute trust all of the time. And we would never ever make a promise that we can guarantee things are going to be always right. That would be absurdly foolish. We are just simply providing data from FXCM.

Now you can see why we are phasing out all kinds of services. It is not worth the trouble supporting them.

You definitely cannot trust, that everything is going to be ok 100% of the time, that would be a mistake.

We have looked into providing an alternative, but that would be from LMAX , and then we will start getting complaints, the data is not as good as FXCM.

Our recommendation is for you to set up an LMAX account so you have access to another forex feed. Documentation is here:
