Since Time Range Highlight does the highlighting based on X axis, and log scale affects Y axis, they are independent, and shouldn't affect the highlighting. Reproduction: Take a non-log scale chart, apply "Time Range Highlight". It works as expected. Then, turn on Chart -> Logarithmic Scale. Highlighting disappears.
