The first thing we want you to do is to exit all installations of Sierra Chart and on the main instance of Sierra Chart follow the Forced Login instructions

Unfortunately, following the above instructions did not resolve the issue.

However, since I could see the correct account name when the new instance starts, I figured that the issue must be with my password. So I reset my password and removed all of the punctuation marks and included only letters and numbers. This worked! So for some reason, a new instance does not seem to accept punctuation marks in the password while your web login and the main instance of SC don't have an issue with them.
