You had a newer version of Sierra Chart installed that supported compression of Chartbooks and then you went back to an earlier version that did not support the compression. So you just need to use the backup Chartbook files: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File Or install the current version: Software Download: Fast Update I have had to rebuild each chartbook manually in order to begin trading again Please ask us first before doing this. There is no need for this because there are full backups available.
