There is definitely no problem with this functionality in that version. That has been verified. There are two options on the Login window which can disable automatically opening Chartbooks: General Settings Window: Temporarily Preventing Automatic Opening of Files on Startup Otherwise: Can you open the chartbooks through the process of File >> Open Chartbook? If that also fails, then we need to see your Message Log after you try to open one of the files.
