Dear SC team, There have been occasions when I got disconnected from the SC Futures Order Routing/Data server. It has been happening lately twice a week and, needless to say, this messes up entirely with my study and trading. I am pasting the message I immediately receive in the “Message Log” after losing connection at the end of this post. I copied the complete log in case you need it. I am only using this computer to receive real-time data. I use another computer for programming and testing which is not connected to the real-time data server and even when I connect, I connect to the SC Data – All Services and unchecked the tick box for “Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds” as explained in your online instructions. Throughout the time when the disconnection happened, I was using my other computer and I was connected to the internet, so I know there was no disconnection from my internet. By the way, according to the log the connection was lost at 16:18 of today (2018.06.04) and it was not until 17:00 that the connection was reestablished. Can you please help me out? Why is this happening? Here is the log message: DTC Client socket (2) | Socket receive error. Windows error code 10054: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. | 2020-06-04 16:11:16.191 DTC Client socket (1) | Socket receive error.
