Hello! Yesterday I ordered in AMP account a change of data provider from CQG to Sierra Chart TT-W and CBOT exchange data. Today I received letters with links to user agreements and signed them. Next, I am invited to replenish the account and activate the necessary exchanges in the account. I thought that all payments would be made automatically from the AMP account. What do I need to do to access data in the Sierra Chart? In the Sierra account, I still see the message * The Data Feed is not enabled on the account.* |
