Post From: Sierra Chart Not Loading More Than 4 Years of Intraday Data

Hi there. Is there any reason why Sierra won´t load more than 4 years of intraday data, even if the data is available at the Data folder? I have ES data there that starts in 2010. In chart settings I have more than enough days to load (Set to 5000), I choose the start date as 2014-05-04, but Sierra starts loading from june 2016. It was supposed to load from 2010 if I wanted to (the data is there). Even if I choose the "Use date range" option and set for example 2014-05-04 - 2019-12-31 it will start from june 2016. I remember I could create intraday continuous chart of 10 years or more in Sierra, what happened? |
