for the past 3 weeks, every time I open sierra charts there is another error. I love your platform and have tons of Wyckoff indicators written in that I can't access. Now when I go to choose my data provider: rithmic I get a message saying (Not Enabled on Package) I haven't changed anything and have been using it this way for months. If I did change something, please let me know what I need to do to put it back the way it was. I am paying for data with Earn2Trade. I downloaded the DTC files you posted to put in the RIM folder and it worked for about 4 hours. Then I got more error messages The other problem I have is it's telling me I need to update to the newest version, but when I do that I get an error saying "Error saving files to local system" I have sent you guys the log from this. I have attached screenshots for you to see, but I am begging you, Please help me do whatever it takes to get sierra charts up and running so I can trade again. |
