You need to ask the CME this question since they are rejecting it: what is the reason that I cannot do this and why would it reject rather than just fill me at mkt?
This is not within the scope of our support. Any platform that does with you want, is managing the Stop order outside of the exchange which you would not want. What you can do is use a client-side managed Stop instead: Order Types: Stop with Last Triggering Which is not held at the exchange but at least gives you what you want. So we do not recommend it but it is available.
