Hi, I placed a triggered trail stop order (with BE also) and NO target for a ticker called OOMA (US equity) The order buy entry was at 11.99 and 'trigger offset' and 'BE level offset' were both at 32 ticks. However when the price reached 12.31 (i.e. 32 ticks up) neither the BE nor the triggered trail stop were triggered and my stop loss remained at the original distance away (i.e. 32 ticks as well) Could you please look into this as I am planning to deploy this order type often?
