You need to use the Trading Evaluator-Delayed service. You cannot use the real-time one. So you need to create a trading account for the delayed one, not the real-time one, which you did. You just simply need to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Data-All Services. You then have access to the delayed exchange data feed.
