Even though i have days to load at 30days, my intraday chart will not load more than the current day. i cannot scroll left and when i do change the date range it reverts back to current day. i've tried downloaded the data again and the steps suggested in the manual, but no luck.. any one able to help? historical download message shows, completes, but still unable to scroll left this is my first day on the platform and i have tried what was suggested in the manual.
