Yes you are right using CQG is very frustrating. You are complaining about CQG. CQG is the problem. Not Sierra Chart. The information in the referenced ticket from your Message Log shows the following: CQG WebAPI | Market data logon unsuccessful. Server message: Trader is not enabled to use SierraChart. Contact your FCM.
