The issue you describe is definitely not the case. The menus are updated immediately. We confirmed that. Keyboard shortcuts go into effect immediately. If there is a problem we have to say it is the system specific issue. We have no other reports of an issue and we cannot reproduce and we know how the code works. This can only be a system specific issue. , like combine drawing a rectangle and then changing it to my desired template setup.
