I'm using version 2057 and trying to update to the latest. I click on help > download current version. The popup says " The software has been downloaded. Sierra chart needs to be closed. Press "Yes" to close the program or "No" to not continue the update. I clicked yes, and Sierra closes. Another popup flashes open and then closes instantly. The update doesn't complete. I tried downloading the update.exe file you have, and that doesn't do anything either. I checked in the logs folder and all it shows is Installer version: 9 | 2020-05-03 20:16:43. I tried turning off my antivirus and that didn't make any difference.
