We know where the problem lies and this is explained here: CQG Trading Platform Service: Frequent Server Disconnections when Using CQG This is the solution we recommend you use: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service Also have a read through this thread: Sierra Chart Order Routing Service to Trading Technologies(TT) Cross Connect the price feed is unaffected in the Tradovate platform.. This does not even use the CQG Web API or involve the CQG server at all. This is further proof that this is a CQG issue or some network connectivity issue.
