Go into the Study Settings window for that study. Go to the Subgraphs tab and enable Display Name and Values in Chart Values Window. Go to Window >> Chart Values Window. Do you see the Account balance displayed for the study? You should also modify your formula to make sure the balance is greater than 0 as well to ensure you even have a balance to work with.
