We assume that when you say it is frozen that the interface is not frozen, but rather you are not getting any new data into Sierra Chart. It is not possible, at this time, to have Sierra Chart connected to the Denali Exchange Data Service on more than one computer at a time. Make sure that your other computer is disconnected from the data feed and then see if you are able to get the data flowing on the new computer. Also, make sure whatever system you are connecting to the data feed with is on the most recent version of Sierra Chart.
