I've read through all your data feed information multiple times but still can't decide what the best route is for my particular case. I trade futures (ES/MES) and will be trading in a SIM environment for the foreseeable future and would like to minimize my costs, however Tradovate said there's no way to connect to their SIM account through sierra because you have not written to their API. Thus I've boiled it down to two potential options for data while trading a SIM account in Sierra Chart... 1. Use Denali through sierra chart and cancel data with my broker. Not sure if this is even possible. 2. Deposit money into an AMP account and use the direct FIX feed. (I'd prefer not to have to allocate money to do this as I just funded the Tradovate account thinking I would be able to use sierra chart and Tradovate in tandem for SIM trading. Thanks for your help, I know you have tried to address all of this in great detail but I still an unclear as to what I needed to do to get up and running with SC and how much it is going to cost me. |
