Hi, I have this oil future's intraday 1-hour chart open in a chart book. The ticker is CLK20. It seems that the prices are not updating in time. Please see attached screenshot- the time is 10:07 am (14th/April) when the picture was taken, however the latest bar the 1 hour chart showing is the bar starting at 9:00 am. The other issue with the chart is, as you could see, the latest bar (the 1 hour bar starting at 9:00), is a flat doji. However, actually the price of the future dropped a lot in this 1 hour period according exchange data and a trading platform data. It seems there is something wrong with the update of the chart. By the way I am on the latest version. Please let me know. Regards |
