Actually there is a more efficient way to do this. Have a look at using this particular Subgraph Draw Style: Chart Studies: Line at Last Bar to Left Side (ACSIL: DRAWSTYLE_LINE_AT_LAST_BAR_TO_LEFT_SIDE) Now this is not exactly what you are looking for, but this is really the only Draw Style available which is always going to be visible no matter where the chart is scrolled to.
