Hello,
I have a Sierra account however I am going with a new provider and it is cancelled. Therefore expired. I do not want to use the old username. I have new user and Password from new service.CQG. I want to eliminate the old provider username and continue forward. My email address will not allow me to change because it says that I already have a username. Old user is blocking me out I believe.
I want to change User and password and not just the password.
