Hello, I have already installed Sierra Chart Platform and I have also registered with CQG. I am working with the platform for the first time. Logging in works for me, I also see the current bid rate, but I don't see my account balance, even though I have money in my account with AMP. Do I have to pay extra money to the Sierra Chart platform ?! Can you please check whether I have registered correctly, whether everything is suitable for a life account. Otherwise I don't know what to do next. At the moment I am trading mkit MT5 Platform and everything works, unfortunately it is not as good as Sierra Chart. Please check that everything is ok with the furnishings and let me know what to do! greeting |
