This is/was going to be a Gain Capital server issue. We recommend users migrate over to the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service if possible: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service Many of you are with Stage 5 and this is supported by Stage 5. And although there is an additional cost for the Denali Exchange Data Feed which is required when using the Sierra Chart order routing service, it is only 20 USD per month and it is a vastly superior data feed in every way. If you are not trading you can always cancel that feed, and if you are able to get a better commission rate as compared to what you have a Gain Capital, then that would more than offset the cost of the feed. If you are trading EUREX, we do not have a better solution right now for that. But we plan to add EUREX data feed to the Denali exchange data feed soon. The Sierra Chart order routing service has worked very very well. We are processing over 50,000 order fills a month through it. This is from the documentation for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service: It allows Sierra Chart development to focus on one solution and making it the best solution rather than spreading our resources thinly among multiple solutions and each of those other multiple solutions being less than the best. And it also allows Sierra Chart development to focus more on the development of Sierra Chart itself rather than chasing all of these other external services and their problems every single day.
