Hello SC, This morning I placed a OCO bracket order with 1 target and 1 stop on the platform. The order triggered while I was walking to work and laptop was not connected to the internet. When I got to work the parent order had been triggered but both the target and stop had been cancelled and I was down 52 points on the ES Micros. These cancellations have happened before and I want to fully understand the causes of these so I can prevent this in the future. I just looked and the box had been ticked under general trade settings for use server side brackets but the server side OCO box was not ticked. I have also just now ticked the box for auto-send market order on rejected stop attached order. Should I input trades using the MT5 mobile App I have linked with my AMP Futures account when I know that I may not be connected to the internet when a trade triggers? What can I do to ensure my platform entered bracket OCO stop and targets remain in place anytime a parent order is filled even if the laptop is not connected to the internet. Thanks for your help!
