Dear Support, I am still waiting for a reply/instructions to my support ticket (sent from my newly created 2nd account with the hope to keep communication clear and fast) regarding how to activate the professional data for my 2nd account. Can you please get back to me with with an exact reply asap? My trading is pending/suspended since this change happened on 1 March. I have already checked many times the DTC options during the past 2 years but it is not a viable technical/practical solution in my case. Thank you. |
