Dear Support, Yesterday I have sent an account support ticket to ask for help/instructions regarding my datafeeds. Until now I have not received any reply. As I wrote above, this is urgent and I need a solution as soon as possible. As I wrote in the support ticket: I pay the professional fees and I need realtime data for 2 connections to the following exchanges: CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX, EUREX and ICE US. Can you please get back to me with a solution/exact instructions/exact pricing? |
