Hi Support, Still chasing this - - I brought up Rtrader from the icon and it populated the fields. I redid the password to make sure all fields were correct (it was greyed out) Didn't help the connection issue. The page didn't show up... So, I downloaded the new version and installed it with my credentials. It never really logged in properly.
