I noticed what may be a small error or oversight on the linked charts when the Trade Window Config selection is selected from the drop down list. The buttons are well synchronised, however the Trade Window Config on the drop down list at the top does not get changed on the linked charts. However, after a test I found it does act as if the drop down list had been changed. It seems that the list is just not updated when the list is already visible. This could lead to confusion. (Note I checked and if the Trade Window is not visible and is then made visible, the drop down list is correctly synced.) I have set up Shortcut Keys to switch Trade Window Configs and as I usually have multiple charts on the screen for the same symbol, I like to have the Trade Window linked so it does not matter which chart is current 'selected', it will still use the same config. Could you modify it so that not only buttons are synced, but also the drop down list when the Trade Window is visible?
