There is some problem with the Sierra Chart studies DLL not being able to be accessed or is missing. We want you to update Sierra Chart again following these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update In regards to this: Dom for 5 year treasury was repeating prices in multiples of 4 before the next price... example... 120'06, 120'06, 120'06, 120'06... 120'07.....
It appears that you have the wrong Price Display Format set in the chart. It needs to be set to .25/32. This cannot be changed. Refer to:Chart Settings: Price Display Format (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) And also the tick size needs to be set the same.
