Understand that we have discontinued support for Rithmic.

After changing to the Sierra Chart order routing service, make sure that you have set Order Fills Start Date-Time both to 0/blank:
Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)
