This is not something we cannot help with if you are having a problem with the Interactive Brokers symbol. You will need to contact Interactive Brokers. We recommend using the Sierra Chart symbol, but one thing we realize that you have to change your Sierra Chart package to 3 to get the market statistics. We can do that for you. Just let us know.
