We did not make a decision to drop Zen-Fire. The problem came about because Zen-Fire has implemented a completely different interfacing method. And we did not adopt this new method. It did not go so well and it provides a method which we do not is a matter of policy support. So in the end, there is no market data or trading support from Zen-Fire currently supported in Sierra Chart. There is an alternative. Please have your broker put you on the CTS T4 trading platform service that Sierra Chart supports.
