We ran a test and could not reproduce. We think the problem may have been you were connected to a different server when you submitted the order again. But the problem is the exact content of the error message you are getting would suggest that is not the case. In any case if it is the case it will be resolved over the weekend when the rest of the servers are updated. We did additional testing and are going to be updating the other servers.
