Hello, Thank you for confirming the account setup is fine. I followed the steps you outlined, which produced the following log (see below). It looks ok to me. However, I still cannot add symbols from BATS. When I go to File > Find Symbol I do see symbol categories for CME, CBOT etc. but when I expand "Stocks" it is empty. I tried IBM.BZ and AMD.BZ which resulted in "not found". I did go to Global Settings > Symbol Settings and clicked Update from Server. Custom checkbox is checked, I tried unchecking and updating symbols again, no difference. I appreciate your support. Software version: 2028 64-bit | 2020-01-14 13:50:32.914
