Hello Support, I made changes to active services on my account today - I deactivated Denali Data Service, activated Sierra Realtime Exchange data feed and added BATS exchange to it. I already had full CME group exchange data added to the Denali feed. I followed instructions from the documentation (i.e. updated the software, updated the symbols from server etc.). Despite that I have the following issues: - I cannot access exchange symbols, i.e. it seems that the Exchange Data Feed is not enabled (it shows as active under "recurring services" on my account) - CME data feed on my account is still assigned to the Denali Data Service Can you please help me rectify that? I believe I saw a message during stock exchange feed activation process that reassigning CME data feed from Denali to Real-time Exchange Service has to be done via Support Ticket. Thanks in advance.
