Hello Sierra Support I am not receiving real time data on futures contracts for all charts (historical and intraday). In order to get the newest data, I either [edit>>download data from end of chart] or disconnect and reconnect. Data will update, but freeze at that point again. Over the past week data has froze about once per day in the evening. However, now it is continuous, and only updates if I do so manually as described above. I didn't find any support forum information related to something like this. I have already sent in a fresh message log for analysis. (sent a few minutes ago).
