My original installation was done by a third party to the GreenChart folder in Windows. One of my subsequent updates created a SierraCharts folder where I kept a backup copy of the program and my data. When I finished my latest update to version 2027, I went to check the SierraCharts folder to retrieve a chartbook and it was completely empty. All the files had been deleted. Is this a feature of the latest update? Do you know why the contents of this folder were deleted without any warning or prompting? If I copy my GreenChart folder to SierraCharts for backup, will it be deleted again during a future update? I have been updating to the GreenChart folder since my original installation and never had this happen before. I would like to know if I should move my backup folder to a separate drive and just keep the GreenChart folder on my NVMe drive.
