We want you to restart Sierra Chart and enable the Force Login option on the Login window. Also make sure your computer clock is set accurately: Incorrect Date and/or Time Display, Missing Historical Intraday Data, Chart Not Updating Also - any update on the TD issues and how we communicate statements/etc going forward ? Yes we have a place to upload statements. We will put out a notice later today about this.
